Dr. Felipe Soto-Adames is the custodian of Collembola Species File. He may be reached at the Illinois Natural History Survey at fsoto@illinois.edu.
The Collembola Species File website will include valid names, their synonyms, and links to references for springtail species of the world. This is a new website and will be growing over the coming months.
To see information contained in the database, use the links across the top of the
page. Click on
Search to find a specific taxon or other kinds of information. Clicking
on Taxa will make the
order Collembola your current taxon unless you have previously moved to a different
taxon in this session.
